Weekend update :-)

Hello everyone,

Another end to another week and we did it - another 8 amazing shows with 8 amazing audiences!

When Abla and I fell on the ice-cart in the first act tonight, a man in the audience laughed so loud that it made me and Abla laugh!I don't think the audience noticed as we both quickly turned to look at Jonathan. Haha.

It's currently the interval of the Sunday evening show. We had a show stop right before Abla's first entrance because something went wrong with the set. But thankfully we only stopped for a few minutes - I think I'll still have to run for the train! Haha.

I haven't heard anything from Stage about auditions for We Will Rock You and to be honest, I don't think they will audition anyone from Die Eiskönigin, because it's too early before our contracts finish. But, who knows - something might change. And even if it doesn't, I still love my job playing Prince Hans!

I'm keeping my eye on auditions for a few others shows both in Germany and in London, so we shall see what the future brings!

I don't know if you saw the video I posted on Instagram of The 12 Tenors singing at Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, but here's a rehearsal photo and a concert photo.

I only have 4 shows next week (Tuesday - Friday) and then my wife and Comfrey will drive to Cologne to see Moulin Rouge. I can't wait! We saw the show once in London and once before moving to Stuttgart. Christian is another dream role I think. I'm sure The Duke would be fun too, but Christian would be amazing to play!

If anyone knows someone that makes jewellery, please let me know. I want someone to make a copy of my Prince Hans ring - but a good quality version. And if I can get a few made, then I will do a ring competition like I did with Tanz der Vampire :-)

I'm going to [hopefully] finish filming the songs I started rehearsing with Abla and AnnSophie next week... so keep watching for those - they sound so amazing! And I'm also teaching more singing lessons, so if you know any performers looking for a new teacher, tell them to reach out to me. I already have 3 students, but I always have time for more!
