Weekend Update :-)

Hello again,

I hope you all enjoyed the video of the Harry Styles song earlier. I always try to put time aside to film songs but it's hard with our schedule and cast warm-up and I also teach private singing lessons... so, it's not always possible.

I'm currently sitting in my dressing room during the interval of our Saturday matinee show. I'm drinking and ICED oat milk coffee in an Olaf mug that was given to me by Jasmin I think? Please write in the comments below if it wasn't haha.

This week has been very busy and exhausting. Because of school holidays, we had 9 shows! I think everyone gets a show off which means we still only play 8, but we still need to come to the theatre and be there just in case someone gets sick. Thankfully no one got sick and I was free on Tuesday night. But it's been a very busy week and I'll be very happy to have a night off on Sunday :-)

One great thing about this week is that so many different covers got to perform - Shane as Pitzbühl, Lucina as Elsa, Lucas as Olaf... I didn't get photos with everyone but here are a few below that I did take.

Antonio from Moulin Rouge called in sick this week, so we had to reschedule our instagram live. This will probably happen late next week instead.

I've got all the photos and cards ready to put in the post - most likely on Monday. So, you should receive those mid-next week. If anyone else still hasn't sent me their address, please send it via the CONTACTS PAGE on my website.

Did you all see the video of Kim and I singing Totale Finsternis? We didn't expect so many people to react to it, but it just goes to show how many people out there love Tanz der Vampire. Truly, one of my favourite musicals of all time. Hilarious that I never knew about it until a few years ago.

When Ann Sophie returns from New York, we have a couple of songs we're planning to record. We already did a little "teaser" of the song MESSY by Lola Young. We will film the whole version of that and then we will also record the Moulin Rouge version of YOUR SONG. So get ready for those!!

Lastly, I was told by the theatre that I can't take photos outside the stage door in costume. I will try and organise a quick photo inside next time, so let me know if you're coming and hopefully I have time and can get approval from stage management to take photos inside. It was so much easier at the Operettenhaus! Haha.
